Ever since I found out how easy it is for someone to access another persons computer through these programs, I have been warning everyone I come across with either or both installed.

Someone can do serious damage to your files, they can monitor what you do, they can also check your passwords by reading the cache.

just as easily as you find it to log onto the net, I can access your computer if you have either BO or Netbus installed.
